Return/Exchange Policy

If your gear doesn't fit, as long as it meets the following conditions, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us for an exchange or refund.

The conditions are:
  • original tags are attached
  • has never been washed or worn
  • gear is in perfect condition with no marks or damage

All returned items will be inspected at our warehouse before refunds or exchanges are issued.

Exchanges/refunds will not be facilitated after 30 days; any gear sent back after 30 days will not be refunded or exchanged.


Items not eligible for returns/exchanges are water bottles, swim caps, towels, flags.  If they are included in a package being returned, these items will not be refunded.
