Place garments in a mesh washing bag. Use a mild detergent containing no chlorine bleach.

IMPORTANT: HANG TO DRY! (Never, ever put your gear in a dryer, heat drying will ruin the integrity of the elastic and your gear will quickly become misshapen.)
